| Just like cars, and other major mechanical equipment,
we recommend regular servicing of your lift to ensure that it continues
to work optimally, and to identify minor problems before they become
major ones.
Our Support doesn’t end on the day we finishing installing. . .
That’s when it
starts.
These lifts are built to last and to used regularly.
In fact, the more you used them, the better they work.
On occasions, however, lifts can breakdown, and we can
also assist there. Our lifts are somewhat simpler to operate than
normal high-rise commercial lifts, and as such while being trapped
inside is rare, it is also quite an easy process to release the trapped
person. Documentation and procedures are provided and kept with the
lift for such circumstances.

Homelift offer two types of service agreements:
- Standard: provides
routine 2 service calls per year to keep the lift working well,
with labour
and parts arising from breakdowns
and call outs changed at
a discounted price.
- Comprehensive: provides for 2 routine services
to your lift per year to keep it working well, as well as covering
the cost of any labour
and parts
arising
out of breakdown during the contract.
