Thyssen Tangent

The Thyssen Tangent is a platform lift for use on inclined, straight staircases. Unlike many other products, Tangent is equipped as standard with automatic platform fold-up, drive-up and drive-off flaps and barrier arms. The standard platform measures 100 cm x 80 cm and has a carrying capacity of 225 kg. The rail is suitable for mounting directly onto the wall. The call and send stations on the staircase ends are also equipped with a parking button.

Where necessary, the platform lift can be tailored to meet your specific needs thanks to numerous optional extras. The Tangent can be installed indoors or outside, and can generally be installed within a couple of days.

Thyssen Helix

The Thyssen Helix is a platform lift for use on most stairways. Helix is equipped as standard with manual platform fold-up, drive-up and drive-off flaps and barrier arms. The standard platform measures 100 cm x 80 cm and has a carrying capacity of 225 kg. The rail, consisting of two tubes, is suitable for mounting directly onto the wall. Unlike rope driven units the Helix has no moving parts in the tubes so there are no trapping possibilities. Therefore the clean top rail can also be used as a handrail.
