A fantastic addition to a heritage building - to comply with legislation a passenger lift was added and has now become a highlight of the Flying Fish Restaurant. They both work extremely well and have had no real problems (only minor one of our own making which could be avoided by following instructions). They have been serviced regularly and work very well. No repairs were necessary during this time , only inspection shave been carried out. Otto – Greenacre I am happy to endorse my homelift elevator. I have a two level elevator with auto opening swing doors with adustable hold open timer at both levels. It makes owning a multistorey home with a family member in a wheel chair or elderly parents possible. The lift has had trouble free operation for almost 9 years. I value that maintenance is a simple task and the simple electronic architecture make trouble-shooting simple. The lift was supplied with a technical manual containing mechanical maintenance and electrical diagrams. In short a valuable investment for my family and with the low DIY maintenance costs this is defintely the type of product I would recommend to any who cannot afford the ongoing cost of maintenance that other types of lifts require. I would recommend that homelift Elevators be the prime consideration for anyone who requires a lift in their residence. Tony – Cordeaux Heights The installation of our lift was delayed more than had been promised and the lift proved to be the source of noise interference to our Am radio. The company imported a shield from Italy cost $30 and undertook to fit this to future domestic lifts. Since installation the lift has functioned well and Hans can be called any time and was needed a number of times in the first few months. Now his twice yearly visits are satisfactory.
